We are super excited to announce our Fall 2019 Tough Mudder training program! We will begin classes at Cedars Sinai on Monday, September 9th. This 8 week fitness challenge will improve your strength, stamina, mobility and endurance, as well as provide an amazing chance to meet others within your organization.
At the end of the 8 week challenge, we will be taking part in a Tough Mudder race as a team to test all your new fitness capabilities!
Your 8 week program will include 4 days per week of fitness classes ON CAMPUS, we recommend trying to do 3-4 classes per week for optimal results. You can choose from Sculpt and/or Bootcamp. Classes are open to any fitness level and we can scale all movements and workouts accordingly. Classes will be constantly varied, but will be programmed with the Tough Mudder race in mind!

The Tough Mudder race is optional, but it is a great chance to challenge yourself to something new and push yourself out of your comfort zone! It is appropriate for any fitness level and all obstacles during the race are optional.
The regular option to will be to do the 3 Mile Race, we will split our group up into a few sub-groups based on running or walking pace, each group will be led through the course by a Move LA coach.
For our Advanced athletes, there is the option to do the 8-10 Mile Course, which will also be guided by one of our coaches. Please let me know if this is the option you wish to do!
